Cassidy Human Capital partners with CEO’s, CFO’s, CPO/CHRP’s and their Leadership Teams to provide solutions to amplify one of their largest assets, the talent in their organizations.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Carrie Cassidy has extensive experience elevating, scaling and transforming global brands across a variety of industries including retail, hospitality, financial services and technology.
Prior to starting Cassidy Human Capital, Carrie held executive leadership roles at RH (formerly Restoration Hardware), Levi Strauss & Company, Barclays PLC, First Data Corporation and Gateway Computers. Carrie has also presented at global conferences regarding talent acquisition, retention and development and was recognized by Resourcing Magazine as one of the Top 20 Recruiting Pioneers.
Carrie holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and BA from Oregon State University. She also serves on the Board of Directors at Thuma and Mezzetta, privately held companies and The YES Foundation, a non-profit arts organization.
She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two children.
